During this years Kungens Kanna & Drottningens Pris is the winner of ”Mouratoglou Tennis Academy Fighting Spirit Award” announced. In the boys category the price goes to the Swiss Thomas George Brun.
Brun qualified for the main tournament and in the second round he defeated the first seedad Borna Devald. After the big win Brun won one more match before he finally lost in the quarterfinal against Petr Kapuskin.
– Its a nice price. I did not believe that I would get it. I’m really happy. This is one of my best tournaments, especially for this year. But I’m not satisfied with my game in the quarterfinal today, says Brun who aims to be among the top 10 on the Tennis Europe-ranking as soon as possible
Next week Brun is going to play a category 1 tournament in Paris.
