During the suspension of all international tennis until the end of July, a new and different kind of tournament has been brought to light.

The Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS) is an initiative made by Patrick Mouratoglou, designed to appeal to a young audience. Played at Tennis Europe’s partner Mouratoglou Academy, the UTS will feature ten of the sport’s brightest stars, who will compete in fifty matches over the next five weeks. Matches will be played with a faster format, and a relaxed code of conduct means players are free to express themselves on court.

Starting this week, viewers can stream matches, which includes former Kungens Kanna contestants such as Stefano Tsitsipas and Alexei Popyrin.
