The withdrawal deadline closed on Tuesday, and there are many talented players lining up to claim the titel in Kungens Kanna & Drottningens Pris.
Among the girls there are the number three ranked Weronika Ewald from Poland, Estonia’s number four ranked Brit Martin and Jovana Grujic from Serbia, who is ranked number six.
On the boys’ side, eight of the top ten ranked players have entered Kungens Kanna. Amongst them are the number one ranked Atakan Karahan from Turkey (picture), who made it to the final in the very first Super Category of the year in Khimki, Russia. In that final, he unfortunately had to retire against the Spaniard Martin Landaluce, ranked number two. Landaluce has also signed up to Kungens Kanna, will they face each other one more time?
